Processing Time
All Tailmarks products are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

- Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

European Union
- Standard shipping: €5.99
- Free shipping on orders over €30.00
- Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Rest of the World (UK, US, Canada, Australia, and others)
- Standard shipping: €14.99
- Free shipping on orders over €50.00
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days

All orders are shipped via CTT.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery on the CTT website.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
